Mickey Mayerson is a partner in the Entertainment and Media practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. He is the co-chair of the firm’s Entertainment and Media Finance group.
Mr. Mayerson has acted for clients in connection with more than $3 billion in financing transactions including studio slate financings to funding of single pictures. He has established various new companies in entertainment, as well as creation of new mezzanine and equity film funds. Mr. Mayerson's expertise includes project financing, LOC, securitization, co-financing, co-productions and tax-advantaged financing transactions.
