Milagros is Partner of the Administrative and Regulatory Practice, specializing in the development of processes to promote infrastructure works and public services, through public tenders, as well as in the preparation and presentation of private initiatives.

She advises on administrative procedures that allow private companies to develop and protect their activities in various economic sectors.

Milagros has experience advising private companies seeking to develop public infrastructure projects and the provision of public services. In this regard, her participation in more than 40 private investment promotion processes, convened by state or private initiative, for the execution of projects for roads, ports, metro lines, airports, railways, public hospitals, urban transport, educational, sanitation and public bicycle infrastructure stands out.
