Miriam Dean KC commands an excellent reputation as one of New Zealand's pioneering female litigators with an impressive commercial litigation track record in which competition issues feature particularly prominently. Much of her practice is now dedicated to work on official inquiries, which she is regularly appointed to chair by the relevant government bodies, and in relation to which she also regularly advises parties subject to investigation. She also conducts internal reviews for private sector clients.
