In addition, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Labor of Colombia- where she was president from July 2020 to July 2021-, Member of the Legal Committee of the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Legal Committee of ACRIP, member of the Council of Members of the ANDI Chamber of Legal Services and the Study Center (CESLA) of the same association.
Personal
For three times, she is one of the 20 shortlisted justice candidates for the Supreme Court of Justice. Her active and constant participation in different international summits, meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as her sensitivity towards diversity and gender equity issues, have made her a leader in promoting recruitment and career policies to advance gender equity as a pillar of growth and strengthening in the development of companies. Such leadership has allowed her to achieve significant results in Chapman Wilches, where the company's directors are, for the most part, women, thus breaking down the barriers and obstacles to occupy representative positions in law firms that women usually must face.
