- Representing one of the largest electronics and IT companies on a multi-million dollar insurance dispute against one of the largest Insurance companies in Dubai.

Acted for one of the UAE's largest food and beverage companies in relation to a claim filed by a major partner against the other partner thereof arising out of a franchise agreement.

- Advised Chevron International Pte Ltd on a supply agreement concluded with one of the major vehicle manufacture/providers in Egypt.
- Advised one of Field Fisher Waterhouse clients in relation to a dispute on the sale of the exploration and exploitation rights under the Concession Agreement.
- Advising Vikoil Ltd on the available legal forms that could be taken thereby in Egypt and the participation of the bid round for the provision of seismic services.
- Advised Perenco UK Ltd on several legal issues related to their exploration and exploitation activities in Egypt.

- Advised TAQA with respect to a Memorandum of Understanding to be concluded with the Egyptian Government and represented by a state-owned company working in the energy sector in Egypt.
- Advised one of the major Oil & Gas companies on Egyptian Law requirements for the sale of exploration and exploitation rights, performing legal due diligence, providing Egyptian law advice on the approval process from the Government on the acquisition of a concession area and the conclusion of a Petroleum Sharing Agreement.
- Advising Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V. with respect to the assignment of its interest under several concession agreements and advising on relation transaction documents.
- Negotiations with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation ("EGPC"), Ganoub El Wadi Petroleum Company ("GANOPE") and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company ("EGAS") for projects of a multinational company working in the field of petroleum.
