Moise Nkundabarashi

Mr. Moise Nkundabarashi is a Partner and head of the Litigation practice at Trust Law Chambers. He is also the President of the Rwanda Bar Association.

In July 2014, Moise joined Trust Law Chambers as a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to joining TLC, he represented a diverse range of clients before the Courts of Law in Criminal, Labour, Family and Commercial Litigation. He is an exceptionally competent Litigator and has successfully handled many ground breaking & challenging cases from medical malpractice to Tax disputes.

He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society. He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has excellent command of English, French and Swahili.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in 2008.
