Molly E. G. Ferraioli represents a variety of health care providers, including nonprofit hospitals and health systems (including academic medical centers); physicians and physician group practices; and long-term care, assisted living, and ambulatory care facilities.

Her practice focuses on healthcare regulatory compliance at both the federal and state levels, including regarding fraud and abuse laws (e.g., the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law); Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues; privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH and state laws); and health care licensure, certification and accreditation. She also provides legal advice pertaining to health care transactional issues, including regarding acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures, physician and vendor contracts, and governing documents, as well as government investigations involving compliance with health care laws.
