BUILDING INSURANCE AND ALL-RISKS INSURANCE

Assistance to insurance companies in assessing insurance coverage, with an extensive understanding of exclusion clauses, conflicts in valuation for replacement and new value.

Investigation of possibilities for recourse against responsible parties. We also advise on related insurances with regard to securing evidence, investigation, and cost allocation.

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE AND INSURANCE PROGRAMS

Advice on master policies and local policies.

Coordination on coverage and commitments between international parties, including advice on overlapping coverages.

EXCESS INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE

We provide advice and monitoring for the market/tower in major cases involving excess, including the relationship between excess and primary coverage, cost assessment and allocation, among others.

We also advise in reinsurance cases, including an understanding of the market's clauses and international understanding of market principles and their implementation in Danish and Scandinavian law.

LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION

30 years of experience in conducting litigation in district courts, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as Danish and international arbitration.

Has litigated more than 250 cases in court and arbitration.
