Natalie has a broad commercial practice focusing on insolvency, corporate reorganizations, asset sales and acquisitions, creditor rights enforcement and proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. She also advises on banking, finance and corporate matters. Her clients—including financial institutions, corporations, strategic investors and accounting firms—appreciate Natalie’s business-minded solutions and expertise at identifying and resolving their important concerns. Natalie is a frequent lecturer on insolvency and commercial law matters at Osgoode Hall Law School, including for the Osgoode Professional Development and the Professional LLM programs and frequently provides her insights on the restructuring and insolvency market to national publications, such as Canadian Lawyer and The Globe and Mail. Natalie is a Director and Executive at Large of the Turnaround Management Association, Toronto Chapter, as well as Co-Chair of the Network of Women. She is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, where she co-chairs the Ontario Regional Networking & Professional Development Committee.
