She is a leading practitioner in the field of dawn raids, advising companies on the upstream preparation and management of inspections by the European Commission and national competition authorities. She has authored well-known practical guides intended for legal departments on antitrust inspections.
Nathalie has advised companies over 20 years in a number of hardcore cartel, resale price maintenance and bid-rigging cases in a wide range of industries.
On the dominance side, Nathalie represents leading companies that are investigated by the competition authorities or sued before courts and she notably advises several companies holding exclusive or special rights on their activities in competitive markets.
Nathalie also handles a number of cases before the Polynesian and New Caledonian competition authorities.
