Career
Professor Nayla Comair-Obeid is the founding partner of Obeid & Partners and heads the firm's dispute resolution practice. She is a professor of private law and international commercial arbitration at international universities around the world. She's also an Associate Member at 3VB Barristers Chambers and Board Member of the Women’s Leadership Board at the Harvard Kennedy School.
She has extensive expertise in international business law, Islamic and Middle Eastern legislation, intellectual property, complex cross border litigation and financial disputes. Professor Comair-Obeid has represented major domestic and foreign clients including states and governmental entities and is involved in the most significant disputes in the region and internationally.
