Neil always provides clear and understandable information for all matters. He is extremely approachable, which means, as a client, I feel at ease asking any question, no matter how simple or complex.
Neil Mercer is who I call in a crisis. He is very focused on the processes and provides really good counsel. Rather than just coming up with a problem, he will suggest solutions as well.
Neil has good communication skills and is a proactive solicitor who will drive cases forward.
