Career

He earned law degrees from the University of Antwerp (Law degree, 1991), the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M, 1992) and the Catholic University of Brussels (Postgraduate degree in Company Law, 1995). He also has a bachelor degree in Philosophy (1988).
