Nicola heads up the Agriculture and Rural Estates team and advises on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property including: freehold sales and acquisitions, leasehold transactions for landlord and tenant, secured lending and wayleave agreements.
Nicola is experienced in a wide range of work including company restructuring, holiday parks and business startups (including licensed premises) and specialises in advising and dealing with Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holding Act Tenancies.
