Nicole advises clients acquiring, developing, leasing, managing and selling real property. Her experience includes development agreements, site development, subdivision, master planning, land assemblage, and due diligence.

She has represented for-profit and nonprofit companies, regional and local developers, retailers and investors. Her experience includes mixed-use projects, retail, industrial, office, resort, and condominium projects. She has recently represented clients in connection with ultra-luxury resort-residential property development, downtown mixed-use project redevelopment, creation of industrial parks and retail expansion campaigns.
