• Acted for group of investors in acquiring Hotel Bonavia from Plava Laguna d.d.;

• Acted for owner of TP VARAŽDIN in sale of its retail business under name Kitro to NTL;

• Acted for owners of Deltron, a distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, in sell-side transaction, where Sweden-based global refrigeration equipment wholesaler Beijer Ref has acquired majority shareholding;
