Noa Meidan is a leading partner at the firm’s Project Finance and Infrastructure Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Noa was a senior partner in, and head of, the Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure department of Levy Meidan & Co.
Noa has immense experience in the field of PPP tenders and project financing structures, representing clients from all sectors and industries.
As a result of her proven success, in providing legal services for Israel’s five major desalination projects in Ashkelon, Palmachim, Hedera, Sorek and Ashdod, Noa participated in the creation of the de facto model and established “Best Practice” methodology for the execution and financing of PPP-based desalination projects in Israel.
Noa was selected by the Accountant-General of the State of Israel to formulate the “Standard Form” tender documents and concession agreements for all PFI\PPP projects to be published in the future by the State of Israel, with the aim of introducing a unified standard for projects of this type.
