She is highly educated and proficient with banking rules and regulations of the CBB and Bahrain Bourse. Noor is a detail-oriented Banking Lawyer with highly extensive experience within the banking and financial services industry. She has solid and long practical experience with major banks and financial institutions.

Noor engaged in many due diligence and facility agreements work and she possesses a very high capacity of drafting legal opinions in different legal aspects with an outstanding standard.

Noor working on a range of transactions involving capital markets, M&A, Project Finance, Facility Agreements and also has experience in liquidation procedures, drafting legal agreements, advising on contracts, civil aviation law, commercial companies’ law, copyright law and labor law.
