Advises non-profit clients, nationwide, in virtually all areas of employment law; extensive experience conducting highly sensitive employment related investigations; counsels on leave management, reasonable accommodations, sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, and compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; drafts and negotiates employment agreements; drafts and enforces restrictive covenant agreements; and conducts supervisor training on human resources issues.
