Career

Olivier du Mottay’s practice focuses on representing investors and companies at critical stages of their development, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances, and capital markets. He has extensive experience representing bidders, targeted companies, and managers in all types of corporate finance transactions. He is involved in the negotiation and the implementation of strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as recapitalizations and restructurings.

Mr. du Mottay regularly advises companies in a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, executive compensation, shareholders' disputes, and white collar matters.

Mr. du Mottay counsels both public and private investors and companies on M&A projects, strategic investments, and critical corporate governance matters.
