Mr. Farde has extensive experience in senior and subordinated debt finance for leveraged acquisitions, as well as in banking and syndicated loans involving a variety of industries including healthcare, food and beverage and technology. He practices in the field of bank finance representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing and restructuring transactions.
