Practice Areas

Clients turn to Olivier Mélédo for his nearly 20 years of experience in the area of energy, projects and infrastructure and his dealmaking mindset.

Olivier advises large corporations, investment funds and other equity investors, multilateral development banks, national governments, project sponsors and construction contractors on their most complex and large-scale international and domestic projects; and their related share and asset deals. He also regularly acts as pro bono counselor to non-profit organizations and is an advisor on energy and natural resources-related topics to the Harvard Law and International Development Society (LIDS), which produces research for NGOs.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2016, Olivier worked in the Paris, London and New York offices of other leading international law firms.
