Practice Areas
Olivier co-chairs Kellerhals Carrard’s Arbitration Practice Group. He specializes in international commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings.
He has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration (institutional and ad hoc) and litigation proceedings involving various sectors (including pharmaceutical, chemical, high-tech, energy, construction, consumer goods, financial-service, insurance/reinsurance, maritime, defense and sport sectors) and concerning diverse legal fields (including sales, joint ventures, construction, distribution/franchise, corporate, M&A, IP/IT, public procurement, antitrust/competition and financing).
He also regularly sits as arbitrator (presiding, sole and co-arbitrator) and is experienced as legal expert. In addition, he is a member of Kellerhals Carrard’s Sports Law Group.
Career
Olivier joined Kellerhals Carrard in 2017. Before joining Kellerhals Carrard, he worked in the arbitration practice group of a world-leading arbitration firm (2015-2016) and in the litigation/arbitration team of a leading Swiss firm in Zurich (2009-2010/2012-2014).
Olivier holds an LL.M. with Certificate of Specialization in Law & Technology from U.C. Berkeley (2015), a doctorate (2009) as well as a law degree (2006) from University of Basel (both s.c.l.). He is admitted to all Swiss courts (2011).

Olivier co-chairs Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Local Group Basel.
Publications
Olivier has widely published in international arbitration including a doctorate thesis on anti-suit injunctions in international commercial arbitration.
