Career

Oscar is a partner at the firm and has over 21 years of experience in infrastructure and regulatory matters, representing developers, lenders, sponsors, contractors, investors and other project participants in relation to the development, financing, construction and operation of a wide range of complex capital-intensive projects in Mexico and abroad including projects in the energy, power, oil and gas, liquefied natural gas and water sectors and public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects.
