Ottilia Boström is a partner and member of Lindahl’s Employment group and Commercial Dispute and Resolution group, with her main focus being employment law and employment law related disputes. Ottilia advises clients on the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment, pension and incentive matters, and has particular experience from advising on employment, pension and incentive matters arising in connection with large-scale cross-border transactions, restructurings and re-organizations. Ottilia has a deep knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework governing remuneration within the Financial Services Sector and assists both financial institutions and fund management companies on their remuneration policies and structures.
