Pascal Jouannic, Head of the Banking and Finance practice in the Dentons' Paris office, focuses on structured finance. His field of experience covers asset backed commercial paper and asset backed securitization, with particular experience in trade receivables and automotive assets.
Pascal also assists in factoring operations, including pan-European situations, as well as asset financing for ships and airplanes. He advises both arrangers/lenders and borrowers throughout these operations.
