Paul Fisher has extensive experience of domestic construction litigation, regularly appearing unled in the TCC, and of international arbitrations.
Band 4

Paul Fisher’s advocacy spans Chambers’ core practice areas at the commercial end of the spectrum, with a particular focus on complex construction, international arbitration and professional liability. He is an experienced construction junior, having acted both on his own and being led in the TCC, domestic adjudications and international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, QICCA). In his international work he has particular expertise in the CIS and Middle East, having worked for an international law firm in Qatar for two years, but has worked on disputes arising out of as diverse regions as Scandinavia through to South-East Asia. The nature of Paul’s work usually requires commercially minded legal advice on complex disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects, including airports, underwater tunnels and oil/gas/iron ore processing plants.
