He also regularly advises Boards on corporate governance and compliance issues. In addition to being a Partner in the Corporate practice, Paul served as Chairman of A&L Goodbody from 2010 until 2016; was Head of the Corporate practice between 2004 and 2010 and managed the London office from 1999 to 2004.
