Experience

Thirty (30) years of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice. Acting both as Counsel and and as a Tribunal member or Sole Arbitrator. Has practiced extensively with demonstrable success in representing corporate entities and business, Governmental agencies and high net worth individuals. Has acted in disputes both in and outside Zambia and has full working knowledge of the institutional rules of practice for the ICC and AFSA. Main areas of cases in which I have acted include - insurance, Mining and exploration disputes, Corporate restructuring disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory compliance suits, licensing disputes, property, banking and finance, loans, mortgages and leading related cases, pensions and pension fund matters.
