Career

Peter Breum is the Managing Partner of SIRIUS advokater and currently co-leads the firm's Employment and Labour Law department.

Peter graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1984 and was granted right to appear before the Supreme Court in 1987. Since then, Peter has handled over 60 cases before the Supreme Court, showcasing a deep understanding of the legal landscape within employment and labour law.

Specializing in labour and employment law, Peter has been involved in notable Supreme Court cases, as well as numerous arbitration cases interpreting collective agreements.

In addition, Peter has had a longstanding involvement in the Disciplinary Board of the Danish Bar and Law Society (Da: Advokatnævnet). His commitment to the Disciplinary Board of the Danish Bar and Law Society’s work demonstrates that Peter takes the legal profession very seriously and ensures that high standards are set for all attorneys in Denmark.
