Career
After participating in the drafting of the new Hungarian Civil Code, earning an LL.M. and a PhD and working as a chief advisor at the Supreme Court, he joined Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori in 2008, where he became a partner in 2014. He is an associate professor at ELTE Law School (Budapest), where he teaches the law of contracts, the law of securities and company law.
Publications
He is the co-editor and co-author of the commentary on the new Civil Code. He is the author of a book on assignment, a book on the transfer of contracts and the editor of a book on fiduciary securities. He regularly publishes articles primarily in the field of contract law.
