Peter appears before the Commercial Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and in commercial and international arbitrations. Peter has also appeared before Courts in other jurisdictions. Peter accepts appointments to act as an arbitrator. Peter sat as a Deputy High Court Judge from 2017 to 2023 and is the immediate Past Chair of BILA. He teaches at UCL, KCL and QMUL and is the author, co-author or editor of Good Faith and Insurance Contracts, Deceit: The Lie of the Law, The Vitiation of Contractual Consent, Carver on Charterparties and Chitty on Contracts.
