Peter has been the Chair of the FLBA’s Matrimonial Finance sub-committee since 2020 and has been an elected member of the FLBA National Committee since 2017. Peter has been ranked for many years as a leading practitioner in matrimonial finance by all legal directories - recently described as ‘hugely in demand… brilliant on his feet’, ‘truly excellent in court’, and a ‘superb advocate’ who ‘instils enormous confidence’. Peter’s cases regularly involve high net worth or high profile individuals, offshore and corporate/trust structures, and international cases involving disputes over jurisdiction. Peter also sits regularly as a judge for ‘Private FDRs’ and has gained a strong reputation in this field.

Peter was a major scholar at Malvern College. He has a BA (Hons) degree in English and Philosophy and a LLB (Hons) degree in Law (First Class honours)
