Philip has a broad practice but has particular experience in landlord and tenant cases (including cladding) and assists both property owners and developers with boundary issues, rights of way, restrictive covenants and rights to light. He acted for the successful Respondent in the reported case of Calverley Village Day Nursery Ltd v Lynch [2022] EWHC 1855 (Ch).
Philip is recognised as an 'Associate to Watch' by Chambers UK, and as a 'Leading Associate' by Legal 500.
Outside of work, Philip loves baking, going to gigs, and watching his beloved Bradford City FC.
