Philip J. Boeckman is a partner in Cravath’s Corporate Department and serves as Co-Head of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice for EMEA. He has been based in the Firm’s London office since 2000, when he relocated to London from the New York office. Mr. Boeckman's practice covers capital markets, including IPOs, rights issuances and other equity offerings, U.S. listings and high-yield bridge, bond and other leveraged financings and M&A.
