Philippe Guibert specialises in French and EU competition, consumer and distribution law, including in particular merger control procedures, antitrust litigation and State aids.
Career
He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as a Partner in 2004, after Norton Rose (2000-2004) and Coudert Frères (1994-2000). He taught Competition law at the University of Paris IX Dauphine from 1998 to 2003.
Professional Memberships
Member of the Paris Bar since 1994. Member of the AFEC and co-ordinator of the APDC (a French association of lawyers specialised in competition law), Philippe Guibert is regularly involved in legislative and regulatory modifications relating to competition regulation.
Publications
He also regularly publishes articles regarding European and domestic competition law.

He graduated from King’s College in London (1993) and holds an advanced degree in European Law, University of Paris I (1991).
