She has particular expertise in claims for and against accountants, auditors and tax advisers. Her sports work includes disciplinary matters; anti-doping; corruption; governance and selection disputes. She is regularly instructed for athletes; clubs; and governing bodies. Pippa’s costs practice involves a roughly equal balance of inter partes and solicitor-client disputes raising issues across the whole spectrum of costs law. She also has expertise and experience in advising on funding issues.
