Rafael de Lemos has professionally stood out as a leading corporate and M&A lawyer according to Chambers and Partners and Best Lawyers, and has been recognized as a Highly Regarded Lawyer by International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000). He is a member of the list of active arbitrators of the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber and the Business Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CEDCA), as well as a member of the Corporate Finance and Capital Market Committees of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham) and of the Legal and Tax and Finance Committees of the Venezuelan-British Chamber of Commerce (Britcham).
