With a strong academic background, Rafael has obtained his Law’s degree from Faculdade de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), post-graduate’s degree in Corporate Law from Insper (IBMEC-SP) and post-graduate’s degree in Tax Law from the Universidade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo. Rafael has a Master of Law’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from The Wharton School and he is currently enrolled in the New York Bar Association.
