4) main author of Polish governmental EPC Guidlines;

5) member of the UNECE International PPP Centre of Excellence and member of the Working Group on Green PPP Projects;

6) member of the Working Group on Legislative Issues and PPP policy within the PPP Team at the Ministry of Economic Development;

7) coordinator of the largest conference on public-private partnership in Poland – International PPP Forum in Płock.
