Rahul heads the capital markets and derivatives and financial regulatory practice at the firm. His particular areas of expertise includes advising arrangers and issuers on debt capital markets issuance, in the domestic and international markets and margin finance transaction. He often handles structured finance deals on behalf of banks and issuers. He is well regarded for his handling of structured deals, including derivatives, as well as regulatory and DCM matters.
Rahul started his career at Linklaters, spending nearly 8 years in London before moving to TT&A in 2009.
