Randall Constantine is a Partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice where he specializes in litigation, litigation avoidance and executive compensation. He has extensive experience in employee benefits litigation involving single and multiemployer pension and welfare plans; nonqualified plans; and a wide array of fiduciary, administrative and benefits issues. Randall has represented clients before most of the Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court and has been lead counsel in employee benefits litigation throughout the United States. In the executive compensation area, Randall represents both companies and senior management. He is currently counsel to CEOs at a number of major league sports franchises and also represents senior management in a variety of other industries.
