Raquel Bierzwinsky is a partner of the Norton Rose Fulbright office in New York. Raquel has represented project developers, sponsors, commercial lenders, investment funds and multilateral and bilateral agencies in the structuring and negotiation of complex, multijurisdictional energy, infrastructure and mining project financings, corporate financings, as well as in acquisitions and dispositions of projects. She is admitted to practice in New York and Mexico.
