Raúl became a Partner at the firm in 1988. Former Judge in the Civil and Commercial jurisdictions (1983-1985). Due to his excellent record was subsequently appointed member of the Appellate Court (1985-1987). His opinions have been cited by prestigious publications and he has participated in many international forums on several legal issues but mainly on civil procedure.
