Career
Raul Mota Cerveira joined VdA in 2015. Partner and Head of Practice of Planning & Environment. Raul has extensive experience coordinating matters of public law in Angola, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe, Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde.
He has worked in projects on infrastructures, water, sanitation, electric and harbour sectors. Has also been involved in public contracts, environment, administrative litigation and misdemeanour matters.
He has advised the most relevant national and international companies operating in those sectors, as well as oil industry corporations.
