Raymond, co-chair of Cozen O'Connor’s Construction Practice, has more than 25 years of experience dedicated exclusively to construction law. He represents owners, contractors, and designers in all phases of the design, construction and dispute resolution process with emphasis on complex infrastructure projects. Raymond has litigated construction claims across the US and abroad, and has tried cases in state and federal courts, and in arbitrations. Additionally, he counsels clients on risk mitigation and avoidance during project performance, and has drafted and negotiated design, construction, and procurement contracts for national and international projects. Prior to law school, Raymond worked as a design professional and has practical, hands-on experience in all aspects of the design and construction process.
