He joined EY in February 2021 after 30+ years at Gianni & Origoni - 20 years as Partner he held a number of senior roles including Managing Partner of the Bologna and Abu Dhabi offices, Head of Venture Capital, Co-Head Private Equity, and MENA Region Coordinator.

A true Statesman of the profession with a strong network of clients and relations all over the world, he is widely recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the most senior Italian business lawyers - active since 1990 – and for his prominent works on numerous top level M&A transactions throughout his career - which has seen him close 200+ M&A and Private Equity matters in a variety of industries, including infrastructure, healthcare, food, motorways, airports, real estate, telecom etc. ,
