Richard Kingham is a senior counsel who concentrates on food and drug law. He has acted for most of the major pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechnology companies in the United States and Europe, as well as trade associations such as the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), and the National Pharmaceutical Council. He has represented pharmaceutical manufacturers in administrative proceedings, criminal prosecutions, and congressional hearings, served on committees of the World Health Organization, the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, and the National Institutes of Health and taught pharmaceutical law at universities in the U.S. and UK.
