Rima Maitrehenry focuses on the structuring of private equity funds (private equity, funds of funds, secondary funds etc.).
Her practice covers fundraising operations on behalf of sponsors/management companies and also new entrants in this sector (first time funds/first time teams), negotiation on behalf of investors (institutional investors, corporates, family offices etc.) of the terms and conditions of their investment in funds, buy-side and sell-side secondary transactions, as well as certain regulatory aspects relating thereto (AMF approvals, AIFMD and MIFID issues) and governance issues involving management teams (organization, shareholding and carried interest).
With this practice, Rima Maitrehenry is frequently involved in international transactions often requiring the negotiation and implementation of market standard terms.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007 and joined Racine as partner in 2021.
