Practice Areas
Rita Cruz has always worked in Litigation, Arbitration, Restructuring and Insurance areas, namely civil and corporate litigation. Rita combines the solidity of knowledge necessary for academic activity, the result of 25 years of teaching civil procedure and commercial companies law, with the pragmatic sense acquired with the daily practice of law. She does not like standard solutions and does not lose sight of the practical nature that legal advice must necessarily take. She is also Chairman of CCA ON, CCA's knowledge and innovation center.
Career
- Assistant professor of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1996 to the present moment);
- Professor of the Post-Graduate Course in Legal Sciences and Forensic Law, both at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Up to the present moment);
-Adviser to the Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (1994/1995)
